To help us have the best possible relationship, please read the following Terms & Conditions. These apply to all bookings.

Your Appointment Time

  • The time you book is reserved solely for you.
  • Please arrive on time so we can make the most of your treatment.

Consultation & Consent Forms

48 hours before your appointment, you’ll receive a consultation and consent form by email. This must be completed honestly, signed and returned before each visit. If the form is not completed, signed and dated before your appointment:

  • It may affect your insurance while on the premises and during treatment.
  • I may not have the information needed to confirm your treatment is safe to carry out.
  • Your appointment may need to be postponed or cancelled, and fees may still apply.

Payment

  • All bills £35 or under are to be paid by cash only.
  • Treatments must be paid for on the day of your appointment.
  • No credit is given.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

I understand that life happens and plans change. To keep things fair for all clients:

48 hours or more notice
- No charge.
- Your appointment can be cancelled or rearranged for the next available date.

24–48 hours notice
- You will be charged 50% of the treatment cost.
- Once the 50% fee is paid, you may reschedule to the next available date.

Less than 24 hours notice or no show
- You will be charged 100% of the treatment cost, as it is very unlikely I can fill your appointment slot at short notice.
- Once the fee is paid, you can rearrange or be added to a waiting list for the next availability.

If a cancellation fee is not paid and you have future appointments booked, those appointments will be removed from the diary.

I fully appreciate that sometimes unavoidable, last-minute changes occur. However, this is my full-time work and short-notice cancellations result in a loss of earnings. By booking an appointment, you are responsible for that time slot, whether you attend or not. These fees apply without exception.

Repeated late cancellations or no-shows may result in future appointment requests being refused.

New Clients & Booking Fees

  • All new clients are required to pay a 50% non-refundable booking fee. This amount is deducted from your final bill at your appointment.
  • For new client treatments under £20, the full treatment cost is due upfront at the time of booking for your first appointment.
